II. Pubblicazioni
1 I Cantoni possono prevedere la pubblicazione degli acquisti di proprietà fondiaria.
2 Non possono però pubblicare la controprestazione in caso di divaisione ereditaria, acconto della quota ereditaria, convenzione matrimoniale o liquidazione dei rapporti patrimoniali tra i coniugi.

II. Publication
1 The cantons may provide that all acquisitions of immovable property be published.
2 They may not publish the consideration involved in a divaision of estate, an advance against a person’s share of an inheritance, a marital agreement or a liquidation of marital property.
