I. Dissolution by the competent authority

¹ The competent federal or cantonal authority shall dissolve the foundation on application or of its own accord if:

1.: its objects have become unattainable and the foundation cannot be maintained by modifying its charter; or
2.: its objects have become unlawful or immoral.

² Family and ecclesiastical foundations shall be dissolved by court order.

¹ L’autoritad federala u chantunala cumpetenta dissolva la fundaziun sin dumonda u d’uffizi, sche:

1.: l’intent da la fundaziun è daventà nuncuntanschibel e la fundaziun na po betg vegnir mantegnida tras ina midada dal document da fundaziun; u
2.: l’intent da la fundaziun è daventà illegal u immoral.

² Fundaziuns da famiglia e fundaziuns ecclesiasticas vegnan dissolvidas dal derschader.
