2. Per il legatario

¹ Il legatario acquista il diritto alla cosa legata se è vivo e capace di succedere al momento dell’apertura della successione.

² Se premuore al disponente, il legato decade a favore di colui che era tenuto a soddisfarlo, eccettoché una divaersa intenzione non risulti dalla disposizione.

2. As legatee

¹ A legatee surviving the testator and capable of inheriting acquires a claim to the legacy.

² If he or she dies before the testator, his or her legacy is extinguished in favour of the person who would have been obliged to deliver the legacy to him, unless some other intention is evident from the disposition.
