4c. Commissioning private indivaiduals to use the electronic version of the land register

¹ The cantons which maintain the land register electronically may commission private indivaiduals to:

1.

ensure access to the data in the land register in the retrieval process;

2.

ensure public access to the data of the main register which can be viewed without proof of interest;

3.

to carry out electronic transactions with the land registry.

² The commissioned indivaiduals are subject to the oversight of the cantons and of the Confederation.
