¹ La richiesta o azione di soppressione della fondazione può essere proposta da chiunque vi abbia un interesse.

² La soppressione è notificata all’ufficiale del registro di commercio affinché proceda alla cancellazione dell’iscrizione.

¹ Any interested party may file an application or bring an action for the dissolution of a foundation.

² Dissolution must be reported to the commercial registrar so that the entry may be deleted.
