I. Arten
1 Das Grundpfand wird als Grundpfandverschreibung oder als Schuldbrief bestellt.1
2 Die Bestellung anderer Arten des Grundpfandes ist nicht gestattet.

I. Specie
1 Il pegno immobiliare può essere costituito come ipoteca o come cartella ipotecaria.1
2 Non è ammessa la costituzione di pegno immobiliare sotto altra forma.
