I. Creditor’s rights

¹ The real burden creditor has no personal claim against the debtor, but only the right to satisfaction from the servient property.

² However, three years after it if due, each indivaidual obligation becomes a personal obligation for which the property is no longer liable.

I. Gläubigerrecht

¹ Der Gläubiger der Grundlast hat keine persönliche Forderung gegen den Schuldner, sondern nur ein Recht auf Befriedigung aus dem Werte des belasteten Grundstückes.

² Die einzelne Leistung wird jedoch mit Ablauf von drei Jahren seit Eintritt ihrer Fälligkeit zur persönlichen Schuld, für die das Grundstück nicht mehr haftet.
