a. Früchte

¹ Der Nutzniesser eines Grundstückes hat darauf zu achten, dass es durch die Art der Nutzniessung nicht über das gewöhnliche Mass in Anspruch genommen wird.

² Soweit Früchte über dieses Mass hinaus bezogen worden sind, gehören sie dem Eigentümer.

¹ The usufructuary of immovable property must ensure that it is not exploited beyond the normal limits by the type of use to which it is put.

² To the extent that fruits are collected beyond such limits they belong to the owner.
