Where boundaries are marked by features such as walls, hedges and fences, such features are presumed to be jointly owned by the two neighbouring landowners.

3. Comproprietà delle opere divaisorie

Quando in confine tra due fondi esistano delle opere divaisorie, come muri, siepi o steccati, si presumono comproprietà dei due vicini.
