II. Declaration of intention

¹ During the set time limit, an heir may disclaim his or her inheritance or request official liquidation or accept the inheritance either subject to public inventory or without reservation.

² Where an heir makes no declaration, he or she is deemed to have accepted the inheritance subject to public inventory.
