IV. Dissolution
1. Grounds
Joint ownership in undivaided shares is dissolved:
- 1.
 - by agreement or notice of termination;
 - 2.
 - on expiry of the period for which ownership in undivaided shares was established, providing it is not tacitly renewed;
 - 3.
 - on realisation of a co-owner’s share of the property that has been distrained;
 - 4.
 - if a co-owner is declared bankrupt;
 - 5.
 - at the request of a co-owner for good cause.
