3. Common property and personal property
1 The property under joint ownership in undivaided shares is owned collectively by all the co-owners.
2 The co-owners are jointly and severally liable for debts encumbering such property.
3 Except where otherwise agreed, all property belonging to a co-owner besides that owned collectively in undivaided shares, and all property inherited or acquired in some other manner without valuable consideration during the co-ownership is the personal property of that co-owner.
3. Beni comuni e beni riservati
1 Tutto ciò che appartiene all’eredità indivaisa rimane proprietà comune di tutti i partecipanti.
2 I partecipanti sono solidalmente responsabili per i debiti.
3 Salvo patto contrario, è proprietà riservata di ogni partecipante ciò che egli possedeva all’infuori dei beni comuni e ciò che acquista privatamente durante l’indivaisione, per eredità o per altro titolo gratuito.
