5. Verantwortlichkeit und Verwaltungskosten

¹ Für Handlungen, die das Gesamtgut betreffen, ist jeder Ehegatte bei Auflösung des Güterstandes gleich einem Beauftragten verantwortlich.

² Die Kosten der Verwaltung werden dem Gesamtgut belastet.
