1 Biozidprodukte folgender Produktarten nach Anhang 10 werden nicht zugelassen:
2 Biozidprodukte nach Absatz 1 können zu Forschungs- und Entwicklungszwecken nach den Artikeln 13e und 13f verwendet werden.
3 Sie können zur Bewältigung von Ausnahmesituationen nach Artikel 30 zugelassen werden.
4 Für die Verwendung oder die Zulassung nach den Absätzen 2 und 3 bleiben die Einschränkungen der Chemikalien-Risikoreduktions-Verordnung vom 18. Mai 200540 (ChemRRV) sowie die Bestimmungen der ESV41 und der FrSV42 vorbehalten.
