1 I Cantoni sono tenuti a notificare su richiesta al SSC le scorte attuali di materiale medico importante delle loro strutture sanitarie.
2 Su richiesta, i laboratori, nonché i fabbricanti e i distributori di dispositivi medico-diagnostici in vitro («test COVID-19») sono tenuti a notificare regolarmente all’UFSP le loro scorte attuali di questi test.31
3 Il SSC può richiedere alle aziende che stoccano materiale medico importante informazioni sulle loro scorte.

2 Laboratories and manufacturers and distributors of in vitro diagnostics (COVID-19 tests) are obliged to report regularly to the FOPH on their current stocks of such tests when requested to do so.31
3 The CMS may request details of stocks from companies that store essential medical goods.
