Art. 45 Regular inspections

The Federal Council may require the regular inspection of installations such as oil-fired furnaces, waste disposal facilities and construction machinery.

Art. 45 Controlli periodici

Il Consiglio federale può prescrivere il controllo regolare di impianti come i bruciatori ad olio, gli impianti per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti o le macchine di cantiere.
