1 The Notification Authority shall require the applicant to pay an advance on costs.
2 Upon receipt of the advance on costs, the Notification Authority shall verify, within the set time limit (Art. 19 para. 1 let. a and b), if necessary in consultation with the assessment authorities, whether the application is complete (validation), without assessing the quality or the adequacy of the data or justifications submitted.
3 If the application is incomplete, it shall, after consulting the applicant, set a reasonable time limit for the submission of additional information. This time limit shall not normally exceed 90 days.
4 It shall validate the additional information submitted, if necessary in consultation with the assessment authorities, within the set time limit (Art. 19 para. 1 let. c).
5 After validation, it shall forward the application with the complete documentation to the assessment authorities.
6 If the application concerns a biocidal product consisting of or containing genetically modified microorganisms, it shall conduct the authorisation procedure itself, taking account of the RO113.
1 L’organo di notifica fattura al richiedente un anticipo delle spese.
2 Dopo il ricevimento dell’anticipo delle spese, l’organo di notifica verifica entro il termine (art. 19 cpv. 1 lett. a e b), se del caso consultando i servizi di valutazione, se la domanda è completa (convalida), senza valutare la qualità o l’idoneità dei dati o delle motivazioni presentati.
3 Se la domanda non è completa, l’organo di notifica concede al richiedente, dopo averlo sentito, un termine congruo per completarla. Di norma, il termine non supera 90 giorni.
4 L’organo di notifica convalida i complementi, se del caso facendo appello ai servizi di valutazione, entro il termine (art. 19 cpv. 1 lett. c).
5 Dopo la convalida l’organo di notifica trasmette la domanda, corredata da tutti i documenti, ai servizi di valutazione.
6 Se si tratta di un biocida costituito da o contenente microrganismi geneticamente modificati, l’organo di notifica conduce la procedura di omologazione tenendo conto dell’OEDA110.
