814.021 Verordnung vom 12. Mai 2021 über das Inverkehrbringen von Holz und Holzerzeugnissen (Holzhandelsverordnung, HHV)
Art. 12 Entry of data in the information system and access
1 The FOEN shall operate an information system in which it enters the following data:
- a.
- data on the activity of initial operators, traders and inspection bodies;
- b.
- results of checks;
- c.
- data on the investigation, opening, status and outcome of criminal proceedings;
- d.
- data on the imposition, status and outcome of administrative measures.
2 The cantons shall have access to the information system and shall enter data in it insofar as this is necessary for enforcement under Article 15 paragraph 3.
Art. 12 Erfassung von Daten im Informationssystem und Zugriff
1 Das BAFU betreibt ein Informationssystem. Es erfasst darin folgende Daten:
- a.
- Daten über die Tätigkeit von Erstinverkehrbringern, Händlern und Inspektionsstellen;
- b.
- Ergebnisse von Kontrollen;
- c.
- Daten über die Abklärung, die Eröffnung, den Stand sowie das Ergebnis von Strafverfahren;
- d.
- Daten über die Anordnung, den Stand sowie das Ergebnis von administrativen Massnahmen.
2 Die Kantone haben Zugriff auf das Informationssystem; sie erfassen darin Daten, soweit es für den Vollzug nach Artikel 15 Absatz 3 erforderlich ist.
