813.12 Verordnung vom 18. Mai 2005 über das Inverkehrbringen von und den Umgang mit Biozidprodukten (Biozidprodukteverordnung, VBP)
Art. 21 Obligation to report unexpected effects
The holder of an authorisation must spontaneously and immediately report to the Notification Authority any new information concerning the biocidal product or the active substances it contains which could affect the authorisation, and in particular:
- a.
- new findings on the adverse effects of any active substance or of the biocidal product for humans, in particular vulnerable groups, animals or the environment;
- b.
- development of resistance;
- c.
- new data or information indicating that the biocidal product is not sufficiently effective.
Art. 21 Pflicht zur Meldung von unerwarteten Auswirkungen
Die Inhaberin einer Zulassung muss der Anmeldestelle unaufgefordert und unverzüglich alle neuen Informationen über das Biozidprodukt oder die darin enthaltenen Wirkstoffe melden, die sich auf die Zulassung auswirken können, insbesondere:
- a.
- neue Erkenntnisse über die schädlichen Auswirkungen jedes Wirkstoffs und des Biozidprodukts auf den Menschen, insbesondere auf gefährdete Gruppen, Tier und Umwelt;
- b.
- Resistenzentwicklungen;
- c.
- neue Daten und Informationen, aus denen hervorgeht, dass das Biozidprodukt nicht hinreichend wirksam ist.
