810.301 Verordnung vom 20. September 2013 über die Humanforschung mit Ausnahme der klinischen Versuche (Humanforschungsverordnung, HFV)
Art. 42 Applicable provisions
The following provisions apply mutatis mutandis:
- a.
- for the submission of the application: Article 14;
- b.
- for the procedure and deadlines: Article 16;
- c.
- for multicentre research projects: the procedure specified in Article 17.
Art. 42 Anwendbare Bestimmungen
Sinngemäss anwendbar sind:
- a.
- für die Einreichung des Gesuchs Artikel 14;
- b.
- für das Verfahren und die Fristen Artikel 16;
- c.
- bei multizentrischen Forschungsprojekten das Verfahren nach Artikel 17.
