Art. 92 Ausnahmen
Die Artikel 89–91 gelten nicht für nach Artikel 3 FINMAG48 Beaufsichtigte und für Personen, die für sie tätig sind.
Art. 92 Exemptions
Articles 89 to 91 do not apply to persons and entities subject to supervision in accordance with Article 3 FINMASA48 and to persons working for them.
