2 Ist die Bevölkerung mehrerer Kantone gefährdet, so informieren die Bundesbehörden und geben Empfehlungen ab.
3 In Fällen von geringer Tragweite kann die zuständige Behörde die Informationen über ein Abrufverfahren zugänglich machen.
