814.912 Ordinance of 9 May 2012 on Handling Organisms in Contained Systems (Containment Ordinance, ContainO)
Art. 31 Auslagen
Als Auslagen gelten die Kosten, die für die einzelne Dienstleistung zusätzlich anfallen, insbesondere:
- a.
- Entschädigungen der Mitglieder ausserparlamentarischer Kommissionen nach der Regierungs- und Verwaltungsorganisationsverordnung vom 25. November 199837;
- b.
- Kosten, die durch Beweiserhebung, wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen, besondere Prüfungen oder die Beschaffung von Unterlagen verursacht werden;
- c.
- Kosten für Arbeiten, welche die Kontaktstelle Biotechnologie des Bundes, das BAFU oder das BAG von Dritten erstellen lässt.
Art. 31 Outlays
Outlays are the costs additionally incurred for an individual service, and in particular:
- a.
- remuneration for members of extra-parliamentary committees under the Government and Administration Organisation Ordinance of 25 November 199838;
- b.
- costs incurred in gathering evidence, conducting scientific investigations or special examinations or obtaining documents;
- c.
- costs of work that the Federal Coordination Centre for Biotechnology, the FOEN or the FOPH arranges to be carried out by third parties.
