1 Für die Einstufung von Biozidprodukten und von Wirkstoffen zur Verwendung in Biozidprodukten gelten die Artikel 6 und 7 ChemV168 sinngemäss; wo in der ChemV von der Herstellerin die Rede ist, ist darunter für diese Verordnung die Gesuchstellerin zu verstehen.
2 Gegebenenfalls sind die Angaben der Verfügung nach Artikel 20 zu berücksichtigen.

1 Articles 6 and 7 of the ChemO168 apply mutatis mutandis to the classification of biocidal products and of active substances for use in biocidal products; where the ChemO refers to the manufacturer, this shall be understood for the purposes of this Ordinance as the applicant.
2 Where appropriate, the information included in the ruling referred to in Article 20 shall be taken into account.
