Wer Biozidprodukte, die pathogene Mikroorganismen sind oder enthalten, in Verkehr bringen will, muss die Sicherstellungspflichten nach Artikel 14 FrSV99 erfüllen.
Anyone who wishes to place biocidal products consisting of or containing pathogenic microorganisms on the market must comply with the obligation to guarantee liability in accordance with Article 14 of the RO99.
