1 The customs authorities provide Swissmedic with information on the import, export and transit of devices.
2 Swissmedic may mandate the customs authorities to detain devices for further inspection and to obtain samples.
3 It may provide the customs authorities with information about ongoing or concluded administrative or criminal proceedings and sanctions in connection with market surveillance.
