784.40 Federal Act of 24 March 2006 on Radio and Television (RTVA)

Art. 69b Chasadas privatas: dispensaziun da l’obligaziun da pajar la taxa

1 Da l’obligaziun da pajar la taxa vegnan dispensadas:

a.
sin lur dumonda persunas che survegnan prestaziuns annualas tenor l’artitgel 3 alinea 1 litera a da la Lescha federala dals 6 d’october 200660 davart las prestaziuns supplementaras tar l’assicuranza per vegls, survivents ed invaliditad; la dispensaziun vala retroactivamain a partir dal cumenzament da la retratga da questas prestaziuns supplementaras, maximalmain dentant 5 onns avant che la dumonda è entrada tar l’organ d’incassament;
b.
persunas che giaudan privilegis, immunitads e facilitaziuns tenor l’artitgel 2 alinea 2 da la Lescha dals 22 da zercladur 200761 davart il stadi ospitant (LSO) e che han il status da diplomat, premess ch’ellas na sajan betg burgaisas svizras; il Cussegl federal regla la dispensaziun d’ulteriuras persunas che giaudan privilegis, immunitads e facilitaziuns e che appartegnan al persunal dals benefiziaris instituziunals tenor l’artitgel 2 alinea 1 literas d, e ed f LSO, premess ch’ellas na sajan betg burgaisas svizras.

2 Sch’in commember d’ina chasada privata ademplescha las premissas da dispensaziun tenor l’alinea 1, scroda l’obligaziun da pajar la taxa per tut ils commembers da la chasada respectiva.

Art. 69b Private households: exemption from the obligation to pay

1 The following persons are exempted from the obligation to pay the fee:

a.
on application, persons who receive annual benefits under Article 3 paragraph 1 letter a of the Federal Act of 6 October 200660 on Benefits supplementary to the Old Age, Survivors' and Invalidity Insurance; the exemption applies retrospectively from the date on which supplementary benefits were first claimed, but at the earliest from a date five years prior to receipt of the application by the collection agency;
b.
persons entitled to privileges, immunities and facilities under Article 2 paragraph 2 of the Host State Act of 22 June 200761 (HSA) and who enjoy diplomatic status, provided they do not hold Swiss citizenship; the Federal Council shall regulate the exemption of other persons enjoying privileges, immunities and facilities and the members of staff of institutional beneficiaries under Article 2 paragraph 1 letters d, e and f HSA, provided they do not hold Swiss citizenship.

2 Where one member of a private household meets the requirements for an exemption under paragraph 1, all members of the household concerned are exempted from the obligation to pay.
