1 I rifiuti possono essere depositati nelle discariche soltanto se soddisfano i requisiti di cui all’allegato 5. Le autorizzazioni di realizzazione e d’esercizio possono contenere ulteriori restrizioni.
2 Se le discariche prevedono più compartimenti delimitati mediante misure di costruzione, per ogni compartimento valgono i requisiti in materia di deposito di rifiuti applicabili alle singole tipologie di compartimento.
3 I rifiuti liquidi, esplosivi, infettivi e combustibili non possono essere depositati in discarica.

1 Waste may only be deposited in landfills if the landfills satisfy the requirements of Annex 5. The construction and operating licence may include additional restrictions.
2 If landfills comprise two or more compartments separated by structural measures, the requirements for the deposit of each type of waste apply to the compartment in which the respective type is deposited.
3 Liquid, explosive, infectious and combustible waste may not be deposited.
