1 Le analisi e gli accertamenti devono essere eseguiti secondo le regole riconosciute della tecnica; sono in particolare considerate tali le relative norme della CEN (Comitato europeo di normazione)85 o altre norme che permettano di ottenere risultati equivalenti.
2 Nella misura in cui la presente ordinanza non contiene prescrizioni sul genere e la frequenza dei prelievi di campioni e sugli accertamenti in merito all’adempimento delle esigenze, l’autorità fissa le prescrizioni di caso in caso.
3 Entro il 1° giugno di ogni anno, i Cantoni comunicano all’UFAM, secondo le modalità prescritte da quest’ultimo, i risultati delle analisi e degli accertamenti sulla presenza di pesticidi nelle acque.86
1 Investigations and assessments are subject to the recognised state of the art; in particular, the relevant standards of the European Committee for Standardisation (CEN)82 or other standards that provide equivalent results apply.
2 Insofar as this Ordinance contains no regulations on the type and frequency of sampling or the assessment of compliance with requirements, the authorities shall specify such regulations on a case-by-case basis.
3 The cantons shall notify the FOEN of the results of their investigations and findings regarding pesticides in waters by 1 June of each year as specified by the FOEN.83
