1 I Cantoni rilevano e controllano almeno una volta nell’arco di quattro anni le aree di riempimento e i piazzali di lavaggio professionale o commerciale degli utenti di prodotti fitosanitari in cui vengono riempiti o puliti irroratrici e nebulizzatori.
2 Si assicurano che eventuali lacune riscontrate siano colmate immediatamente, ma al più tardi entro due anni, a seconda della gravità del pericolo per le acque.
3 Ogni quattro anni i Cantoni presentano un rapporto all’UFAM sullo stato dei rilevamenti e dei controlli e sulle lacune riscontrate e la loro eliminazione.
1 The cantons shall survey and inspect at least once every four years the filling and washing stations of professional or commercial users of plant protection products where sprayers are filled or washed out.
2 They shall ensure that any defects identified are rectified immediately or within two years at the latest, depending on the severity of the risk of pollution to the waters.
3 They shall report to the FOEN every four years on the status of the surveys, inspections, defects identified and their rectification.
