813.11 Ordinance of 5 June 2015 on Protection against Dangerous Substances and Preparations (Chemicals Ordinance, ChemO)
Art. 72 Registro dei prodotti
1 L’organo di notifica tiene un registro delle sostanze e dei preparati che rientrano nel campo di applicazione di una delle seguenti ordinanze:
- a.
- la presente ordinanza;
- b.
- l’ORRPChim119;
- c.
- l’ordinanza del 18 maggio 2005120 sui biocidi;
- d.
- l’ordinanza del 12 maggio 2010121 sui prodotti fitosanitari.
2 Il registro è allestito sulla base di dati:
- a.
- rilevati o elaborati da un’autorità svizzera nel quadro di una delle ordinanze di cui al capoverso 1;
- b.
- messi a disposizione da autorità estere o da organizzazioni internazionali.
Art. 72 Register of products
1 The Notification Authority shall maintain a register of substances and preparations that fall within the scope of the following Ordinances:
- a.
- this Ordinance;
- b.
- the ORRChem117;
- c.
- the Biocidal Products Ordinance of 18 May 2005118;
- d.
- the Plant Protection Products Ordinance of 12 May 2010119.
2 The register shall be compiled on the basis of data:
- a.
- that has been collected or produced by a Swiss authority under one of the ordinances cited in paragraph 1;
- b.
- that is made available by foreign authorities or by international organisations.
