1 Qualora constati che il fabbricante non rispetta più i requisiti della presente ordi-nanza, l’organismo designato gli fissa un congruo termine per il ripristino della conformità ai requisiti.
2 Se il termine scade senza che il fabbricante abbia adottato le opportune azioni correttive, l’organismo designato sospende o revoca il certificato rilasciato o impone una limitazione.
3 Un certificato modificato, sospeso o revocato da parte di un organismo designato non può più essere utilizzato nella sua forma originaria.
1 If a designated body finds that a manufacturer no longer fulfils the requirements of this Ordinance, it shall impose on that manufacturer a suitable deadline for restoring compliance.
2 If this deadline passes without the manufacturer taking suitable corrective action, the designated body shall suspend, revoke or restrict the certificate in question.
3 A certificate that has been amended, suspended or revoked by a designated body must no longer be used in its original form.
