1 Le Bureau fédéral de la consommation (BFC) contrôle si les déclarations répondent aux prescriptions de la présente ordonnance.
2 Il peut s’assurer le concours d’organismes privés ou publics pour l’exécution des contrôles.
3 Il peut exiger de l’Office fédéral de la douane et de la sécurité des frontières6, pendant une période déterminée, des informations sur le contenu des déclarations d’importation de bois et de produits en bois désignés avec précision.
6 La désignation de l’unité administrative a été adaptée en application de l’art. 20 al. 2 de l’O du 7 oct. 2015 sur les publications officielles (RS 170.512.1), avec effet au 1er janv. 2022.
1 The Federal Consumer Affairs Bureau (FCAB) shall verify whether the declarations comply with the provisions of this Ordinance.
2 It may call on the assistance of private and public agencies when carrying out verification procedures.
3 It may request the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security6 to report import declaration data on specific indications of timber and timber products for a fixed period of time.
