814.711 Ordinance of 27 February 2019 to the Federal Act on Protection against the Risks associated with Non-Ionising Radiation and with Sound (O-NIRSA)
Art. 24 Tâches de l’OFSP
1 L’OFSP exécute la section 3 sur les manifestations avec rayonnement laser comme suit:
- a.
- il vérifie les annonces remises et contrôle sur place par sondage que les exigences sont respectées;
- b.
- il transmet les annonces concernant le rayonnement dans l’espace aérien, prévues à l’art. 14, al. 2, au service chargé de la sécurité aérienne.
2 Il met des aides à l’exécution à la disposition de la Confédération et des cantons.
Art. 24 Responsibilities of the FOPH
1 The FOPH shall enforce Section 3 concerning events involving laser radiation as follows:
- a.
- It shall review the submitted notifications, and it may verify compliance with the requirements on-site.
- b.
- It shall transmit notifications pertaining to laser radiation into the airspace as specified in Article 14 paragraph 2 to the competent body for flight safety.
2 It shall make enforcement aids available to the federal and cantonal enforcement bodies.
