1 L’OFCOM est habilité à exiger des opérateurs économiques les documents et informations démontrant la conformité des installations de télécommunication aux dispositions de la présente ordonnance et à ses propres prescriptions, ainsi qu’à exiger la remise gratuite des installations de télécommunication nécessaires pour procéder ou faire procéder à des essais par un laboratoire au sens de l’art. 17.
2 Dans le cadre des contrôles, l’utilisateur est tenu de fournir:
1 OFCOM shall be authorised to demand from economic operators any necessary documents and information which may prove that telecommunications installations comply with the provisions of this Ordinance and its regulations, to demand the delivery, without charge, of the necessary telecommunications installations in order to test them or have them tested by a laboratory mentioned in Article 17.
