1 L’action pénale se prescrit par cinq ans pour les violations d’accords amiables et de décisions administratives (art. 54). Elle est en tout cas prescrite lorsque, du fait d’une interruption, ce délai est dépassé de moitié.
2 Elle se prescrit par deux ans pour les autres infractions (art. 55).
1 The power to prosecute violations of amicable settlements and administrative orders (Art. 54) is subject to a limitation period of five years. No suspension can extend the limitation period by more than half of its original duration.
2 The power to prosecute other offences (Art. 55) is subject to a limitation period of two years.
