Art. 17 Passing of Parts 1 and 2 of the examination and resitting the substitute examination

1 Parts 1 and 2 of the examination in accordance with Article 12 paragraph 1 are deemed to have been passed when the person:

a.
has passed both papers A and B of the examination; or
b.
has passed the European qualifying examination in full.

2 Parts 1 and 2 of the substitute examination taken in accordance with Article 12 paragraph 2 are deemed to have been passed if both parts of the examination have been passed individually.

3 Any person who twice fails one part of the substitute examination taken in accordance with Article 12 paragraph 2 shall be excluded from any further examinations.

Art. 17 Superamento della prima e seconda parte dell’esame e ripetizione dell’esame sostitutivo

1 Ha superato la prima e la seconda parte dell’esame conformemente all’articolo 12 capoverso 1 chi:

a.
ha superato singolarmente i compiti A e B; oppure
b.
ha superato l’esame europeo d’idoneità per intero.

2 Ha superato l’esame sostitutivo conformemente all’articolo 12 capoverso 2 chi ha superato singolarmente la prima e la seconda parte dell’esame sostitutivo.

3 Chi non ha superato per la seconda volta una parte dell’esame sostitutivo menzionato all’articolo 12 capoverso 2 è escluso da ogni ulteriore esame.
