Art. 16 Presence of third parties at the examination

1 The Swiss Federal Patent Attorney Examination is not public.

2 The Examination Committee may grant persons with a proven justified interest to be present during the examination.

3 The members of the Examination Committee and SERI representatives are permitted to be present ex officio.

Art. 16 Presenza di terzi all’esame

1 L’esame federale per consulenti in brevetti non è pubblico.

2 La commissione d’esame può permettere di assistere all’esame a chi può giustificare un interesse.

3 I membri della commissione d’esame e i rappresentanti della SEFRI possono assistere d’ufficio all’esame.
