Placing on the market in terms of this Act means the distribution of foodstuffs or utility articles, any form of their passing-on whether for payment or not, their being made available for supply whether for payment or not, and their offering for supply and their supply itself.
Per immissione sul mercato ai sensi della presente legge si intende la distribuzione di derrate alimentari od oggetti d’uso, ogni forma di trasferimento a titolo oneroso o gratuito, la detenzione in vista della consegna a titolo oneroso o gratuito, l’offerta in vista della consegna e la consegna stessa.
