Art. 93b Transitional provision to the Amendment of 18 November 2020

Manufacturers may continue to place the following preparations on the market until 31 December 2025 at the latest without indicating the UFI in accordance with Article 15a, notwithstanding that these do not have a UFI on 1 January 2022:

a.
preparations intended for professional users;
b.
preparations intended for private users that are placed on the market before 1 January 2022.

Art. 93b Disposizione transitoria della modifica del 18 novembre 2020

Fino al 31 dicembre 2025 al più tardi, i fabbricanti possono immettere sul mercato senza indicare l’UFI secondo l’articolo 15a i seguenti preparati, se non dispongono di un UFI al 1° gennaio 2022:

a.
preparati destinati a utilizzatori professionali;
b.
preparati destinati a utilizzatori privati e immessi sul mercato prima del 1° gennaio 2022.
