Art. 56 Environmental release

¹ Substances and preparations may be released directly into the environment only to the extent that is necessary for the intended use.

² To this end, users must:

a.: use equipment allowing correct and accurate application;
b.: take measures to prevent substances and preparations, as far as possible, from entering surrounding areas or waterbodies; and
c.: take measures to ensure that, as far as possible, animals, plants, their biological communities and habitats are not threatened.

³ Preparations may be released directly into the environment only for the uses specified by the manufacturer.

Art. 56 Immissione nell’ambiente

¹ Le sostanze e i preparati possono essere immessi direttamente nell’ambiente soltanto nella misura necessaria al raggiungimento dello scopo.

² A tal fine occorre:

a.: usare apparecchi che consentano un impiego tecnicamente appropriato e specifico;
b.: adottare provvedimenti per evitare nel limite del possibile che le sostanze e i preparati giungano nelle zone limitrofe o nelle acque; e
c.: adottare provvedimenti per evitare nel limite del possibile che la fauna, la flora, le loro biocenosi e i loro biotopi siano minacciati.

³ I preparati possono essere immessi direttamente nell’ambiente soltanto per gli impieghi indicati dal fabbricante.
