Art. 46 Application

1 The canton shall submit the application for global compensatory payments or financial assistance to the FOEN.

2 The application shall contain details of:

a.
the programme objectives to be achieved;
b.
the measures probably required to achieve the objectives and their implementation;
c.
the effectiveness of the measures.

3 In the case of measures that affect more than one canton, the cantons shall ensure the coordination of the applications with the other cantons concerned.

Art. 46 Demande

1 Le canton présente la demande d’indemnités ou d’aides financières globales à l’OFEV.

2 La demande contient les informations relatives:

a.
aux objectifs à atteindre;
b.
aux mesures probablement nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs et à leur réalisation;
c.
à l’efficacité des mesures.

3 Pour les mesures dont les effets dépassent les frontières cantonales, le canton assure la coordination des demandes avec les autres cantons concernés.
