Art. 47 Programme agreement

1 The FOEN shall enter into a programme agreement with the competent cantonal authority.

2 The subject matter of the programme agreement is in particular:

a.
the strategic programme objectives to be jointly achieved;
b.
the services to be provided by the canton;
c.
the contribution to be paid by the Confederation;
d.
controlling.

3 The programme agreement shall have a maximum term of four years.

4 The FOEN shall issue guidelines on the procedure for programme agreements and on the information and documents required in connection with the subject matter of the programme agreement.

Art. 47 Convention-programme

1 L’OFEV conclut la convention-programme avec l’autorité cantonale compétente.

2 La convention-programme a notamment pour objets:

a.
les objectifs stratégiques à atteindre en commun;
b.
la prestation du canton;
c.
la contribution fournie par la Confédération;
d.
le controlling.

3 La durée de la convention-programme est de quatre ans au plus.

4 L’OFEV édicte des directives sur la procédure à suivre dans le cadre des conventions-programmes et sur les informations et documents relatifs aux objets de celles-ci.
