Art. 923 II. Board

Unless the articles of association provide otherwise, the board shall be made up of members from the affiliated cooperatives.

Dans les sociétés de crédit et les sociétés d’assurance concessionnaires, la responsabilité est soumise aux règles adoptées pour la société anonyme.
