814.680 Verordnung vom 26. August 1998 über die Sanierung von belasteten Standorten (Altlasten-Verordnung, AltlV)
Art. 6 Keeping the Register
1 The authorities shall add information on the following to the entry in the Register:
- a.
- the need for monitoring and remediation;
- b.
- the objectives and urgency of remediation;
- c.
- the measures taken or ordered by them for the protection of the environment.
2 They shall delete the site entry in the Register if:
- a.
- the investigations show that the site is not polluted with environmentally hazardous substances; or
- b.
- the environmentally hazardous substances have been eliminated.
Art. 6 Führung des Katasters
1 Die Behörde ergänzt den Kataster mit Angaben über:
- a.
- die Überwachungs- oder Sanierungsbedürftigkeit;
- b.
- die Ziele und die Dringlichkeit der Sanierung;
- c.
- die von ihr durchgeführten oder angeordneten Massnahmen zum Schutz der Umwelt.
2 Sie löscht den Eintrag eines Standortes im Kataster, wenn:
- a.
- die Untersuchungen ergeben, dass der Standort nicht mit umweltgefährdenden Stoffen belastet ist; oder
- b.
- die umweltgefährdenden Stoffe beseitigt worden sind.
