814.680 Verordnung vom 26. August 1998 über die Sanierung von belasteten Standorten (Altlasten-Verordnung, AltlV)
Art. 3 Construction and alteration of buildings and installations
Polluted sites may be modified by the construction or alteration of buildings and installations only if:
- a.
- they are not in need of remediation and the project does not make their remediation necessary; or
- b.
- their later remediation is not seriously hampered, or, insofar as they are modified by the project, they are remediated at the same time.
Art. 3 Erstellung und Änderung von Bauten und Anlagen
Belastete Standorte dürfen durch die Erstellung oder Änderung von Bauten und Anlagen nur verändert werden, wenn:
- a.
- sie nicht sanierungsbedürftig sind und durch das Vorhaben nicht sanierungsbedürftig werden; oder
- b.
- ihre spätere Sanierung durch das Vorhaben nicht wesentlich erschwert wird oder sie, soweit sie durch das Vorhaben verändert werden, gleichzeitig saniert werden.
