814.501 Strahlenschutzverordnung vom 26. April 2017 (StSV)
Art. 3 Justification
An activity is justified within the meaning of Article 8 of the Radiological Protection Act (RPA) if:
- a.
- the associated benefits clearly outweigh the radiation-related drawbacks; and
- b.
- overall, for people and the environment, no more favourable alternative is available involving no or lower radiation exposure.
Art. 3 Rechtfertigung
Eine Tätigkeit ist im Sinne von Artikel 8 StSG gerechtfertigt, wenn:
- a.
- die mit ihr verbundenen Vorteile die strahlungsbedingten Nachteile deutlich überwiegen; und
- b.
- gesamthaft für Mensch und Umwelt keine vorteilhaftere Alternative ohne oder mit geringerer Strahlenexposition zur Verfügung steht.
