1 It must be possible to trace all tissues and cells collected from humans for the purpose of devitalisation and use in devices from the donor to the recipient and vice versa. Article 35, paragraphs 1 and 2, MPLO73 also apply mutatis mutandis.
2 Moreover, the provisions of Articles 34 and 35 of the Transplantation Act of 8 October 200474 apply mutatis mutandis to traceability.
1 Sämtliche Gewebe und Zellen, die Menschen zum Zwecke der Devitalisierung entnommen und in Produkten verwendet werden, müssen von der spendenden Person zur empfangenden Person und umgekehrt zurückverfolgt werden können. Artikel 35 Absätze 1 und 2 AMBV73 sind sinngemäss anwendbar.
2 Die Rückverfolgbarkeit richtet sich im Übrigen sinngemäss nach den Artikeln 34 und 35 des Transplantationsgesetzes vom 8. Oktober 200474.
