810.301 Verordnung vom 20. September 2013 über die Humanforschung mit Ausnahme der klinischen Versuche (Humanforschungsverordnung, HFV)
Art. 39 Authorisation
The authorisation shall include at least the following information:
- a.
- the purpose for which further use may be made of the biological material and the health-related personal data;
- b.
- the designation of the biological material and health-related personal data covered by the authorisation;
- c.
- the group of persons entitled to pass on the biological material and the health-related personal data;
- d.
- the group of persons entitled to receive the biological material and the personal data.
Art. 39 Bewilligung
Die Bewilligung enthält mindestens folgende Angaben:
- a.
- den Zweck, zu dem das biologische Material und die gesundheitsbezogenen Personendaten weiterverwendet werden können;
- b.
- die Bezeichnung des biologischen Materials und der gesundheitsbezogenen Personendaten, die von der Bewilligung erfasst werden;
- c.
- den Personenkreis, der zur Weitergabe des biologischen Materials und der gesundheitsbezogenen Personendaten berechtigt ist;
- d.
- der Personenkreis, der zur Entgegennahme des biologischen Materials und der Personendaten berechtigt ist.
