Art. 24 Collection of personal data

Where a federal body collects personal data systematically by means of questionnaires, it must inform persons who are not obliged to provide information that the provision of information is voluntary.

Art. 24 Beschaffung von Personendaten

Ist die befragte Person nicht zur Auskunftserteilung verpflichtet, so muss sie vom Bundesorgan, das die Personendaten systematisch mittels Fragebogen beschafft, auf die Freiwilligkeit der Auskunftserteilung hingewiesen werden.
